Oshkosh police are asking for the public's help in finding a woman suspected of stealing a donation jar from a Kwik Trip store Sunday night.

Police spokesman Joe Nichols said the donation jar at the store at 215 W. 20th Avenue, was for Neighbors Helping Neighbors, a group that assists citizens in finding jobs. Authorities released surveillance camera photos of the woman taking the jar late Sunday night while a store clerk reaches down for lottery ...
