Destroyers beat Outlaws on late field goal

Kicker Cory Bougie made a 35-yard field goal late in the fourth quarter to lift the Door County Destroyers over the Outagamie County Outlaws, 36-34, Saturday in a back-and-forth semipro football game in Little Chute.

Andre Wilson scored three touchdowns, on offense, defense and special teams, to lead the Destroyers. He caught a 34-yard touchdown pass from Nathan Smithson in the second quarter, then returned an interception 60 yards and a punt 88 yards for touchdowns in the third quarter.

Bryan Beachler returned a fumble five yards for a touchdown, and Whit McAfee had a 19-yard touchdown run ...
