Clothing drive helps children head back to school

Sarahi Ruacho, 7, of Marshfield added more pink, her favorite color, to her wardrobe Saturday when back-to-school clothing collected by Soup or Socks volunteers was distributed at First Presbyterian Church, 200 S. Lincoln Ave.

Soup or Socks organized the clothing drive to benefit preschool to sixth-grade children enrolled in the Marshfield School District.

"They had pretty nice clothes," said Sarahi's mother, Maria Ruacho. "I'm not working and I just had twins, so this will help." ...
