An Appleton Police Department investigation has found that Outagamie County sheriff's deputies used reasonable force while arresting a De Pere man last month.

Josh Peterson, 32, filed a citizen complaint of excessive force for his July 27 arrest that led to charges of first-offense driving while intoxicated and operating after suspension or revocation.
