No matter your stance on the economy, there's one thing most everyone can agree on: It's changing - and fast.

Gone are the days when all you needed to find a job was elbow grease and a can-do attitude. Factory and menial-labor jobs are being outsourced to other countries, and many jobs that remain require at least an associate degree.

A high school diploma used to be the key to getting a good middle-class job no more than 15 years ago. But due to booms in technology and specificity, bachelor's degrees are the new norm. ...
