Whatever he decides he wants to do in Syria, President Barack Obama needs to make his case not only to Congress, but to the American public.

With military action such as missile strikes a potential response to the use of chemical weapons in Syria - what the president had called his "red line" for military intervention - Sen. Ron Johnson contended Tuesday that Obama must detail his position and sell Americans that it's the right thing to do.

"I don't envy anybody the task of having to deal with these enormously complex and difficult issues. The Mideast is a mess," Johnson said on Newsmakers, ...
