The Fond du Lac Senior Center is sponsoring an Arts, Antiques & Craft Fair on Saturday, Oct. 19, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and is looking for booth vendors.

Registration is open to anyone who would like to sell art work, antiques, or handcrafted items.

The cost for an 8'x8' space is $15, which will be donated in full to the Fond du Lac Area United Way.

Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis starting Tuesday, Sept. 3, at 8 a.m. at the Senior Center.

Application forms may be picked up ahead of time and dropped off that morning or mailed in later. There will be a limit of 20 booths.

In past years, this event was called the Community Craft Fair and had 400+ shoppers. This year the Fair will also feature artists selling paintings, drawings, jewelry, woodworking items, etc. and antique dealers selling their wares. Of course, handcrafted items will also be the main part of the Fair. Vendors will keep 100 percent of their sales.

The Center's This 'n That Craft & Gift Shoppe will also be open that day.

Homemade goodies, ice cream sundaes, and popcorn will be sold for 50. A used puzzle sale will be included, Dine Out Coupon Books will be awarded every 30 minutes, and a door prize drawing will be held.

This free event, which is open to the public, has been a popular way for all ages to start holiday shopping.

For more information, please call Pat Lefeber or Dottie Winkelmann at 322-3630; or stop by the Senior Center at 151 E. First St.
