Grant explores Muslim Journeys at library

With the goal of familiarizing residents with the people, places, history, faith, and cultures of Muslims in the United States and around the world, Marshfield Public Library is participating in a grant project along with other libraries across the nation.

This program is part of a larger project called Bridging Cultures Bookshelf: Muslim Journeys.

A special program Sept. 19 will discuss current Islamic traditions, the culture and attitudes. This free program is at 6 p.m. in the Beebee Forum room of Marshfield Public Library and will include a free tasting of traditional Islamic foods. ...
