ORD offering adult ballroom dance lessons

The Oshkosh Recreation Department is announcing that registration is currently underway for ‚??Adult Ballroom Dance Lessons‚?. These lessons provide an opportunity for beginners to learn several partner dance steps such as the waltz, swing and fox trot.

Participants must register with a partner to form a couple for the lessons. Lessons will occur on Tuesday nights beginning Sept. 10 through Oct. 29 from 7: to 8:30 p.m. at the Recreation Gym, 425 Division St. The cost of the program is $60 per person for residents and $65 per person for non-residents. Registration forms are available in the Recreation Department School Year Activity Guide or on line at www.oshkosh.k12.wi.us or at the Recreation Department Office, 425 Division Street. Leon Zastrow is the instructor. Sign up today and learn to dance the night away!
