A book signing for the newly released "Dogs of Door County" is scheduled for noon-4 p.m. Sunday at O'Meara's Irish House, 3970 Wisconsin 42, Fish Creek.

Author and photographer Hilary Dickinson will be on hand to sell and sign copies of her book, a 184-page hardcover book featuring 200 dogs photographed throughout Door County. The book retails for $24.99, with $5 from each book going to the Door County Humane Society.

The book signing is part of a Luck of the Irish event, which includes the 14th birthday celebration of Seamus, a soft-coated wheaten terrier belonging to Megan O'Meara, the owner of O'Meara's Irish House. The open house will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Attendees are welcome to bring their leashed dogs, and free dog and human treats will be available.
