There was a fair amount of discussion last week leading up to the Green Bay-Seattle game about the National Football League scheduling exhibition games on Friday night.

Of course, the big elephant - or should I say elephants - in the room are the national television networks. For some reason they seem intent on broadcasting NFL games on Friday despite the fact there isn't a whole lot of interest in preseason games.

But maybe you can't blame the networks. Have you seen what's regularly on TV Friday evenings (or any night) during the summer? They'd probably put a game on every night of the week if ...
