The Sister Bay Marina holds its annual salute to boaters and entertains the public with its 20th annual Marina Fest, which takes place starting at 8 a.m. and running into the night Aug. 31 at the marina.

The gala event includes a boat show, live music throughout the day, a water ski show, a used book sale and fireworks at 8:30 p.m. A charter sunset Fireworks Cruise is available with music and a view of the fireworks from the water, departing at 7 p.m.

Classic boats will be on display, on land and water, all day. Visitors can look them over and vote for their favorites. A Viking ship and tugboat will be on ...
