High School Girls Tennis: West De Pere seeks WCTC repeat

Led by state qualifier Lily Howe, Phantoms eye more success

The West De Pere High School varsity girls tennis team experienced some high turnover this season. The Phantoms lost 10 players from last year's squad to graduation.

Despite the losses, the Phantoms aren't thinking of 2013 as being a rebuilding year. Instead, they are determined to be competitive and have a successful season just like in 2012, when they won the Wisconsin Combined Tennis Conference for the first time with a 7-0 dual-meet record.
