United Way campaign kick-off under way

Aug. 10 was a picture-perfect day to celebrate the United Way 2013 Campaign Kickoff with a block party at Ninth and York streets, according to a press release.

The Manitowoc County fundraising campaign is officially under way with campaign leaders asking everyone to dig a little deeper this year and make an investment for long-lasting change in the county, the release stated.
