Need a break from the long holiday weekend? Why not join the Central Wisconsin Nature Foundation in celebrating its annual Family Day from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at Twin Lakes Nature Preserve, Highway Z, town of Rome.

The theme for this year is Family Trees, and Plum Creek is donating trees for each family to plant in the park, or take home to nurture together. Dave Trudeau from the National Fish and Wildlife service will be on hand to assist families in choosing an appropriate spot, and answer any questions.
