The Packers announced this morning the signing of guard Bobby Collins to their practice squad.

Collins (6-3, 301) worked out with the Packers on Sunday. He was an undrafted free agent and was in the Houston Texans training camp this summer and appeared in two preseason games.

Collins started 20 games at SMU and was a second-team All-Conference USA selection as a senior last fall. He will wear No. 68 for the Packers.

The Packers have two remaining spots open on their eight-man practice squad. As previously reported by Press-Gazette Media, other practice squad members are cornerback James Nixon, receivers Charles Johnson and Myles White, tight end Jake Stoneburner and quarterback Scott Tolzien.
