The Avett Brothers have announced nine tour dates for the fall, including a Nov. 21 stop at the Resch Center in Ashwaubenon.

The band's website shows one date in October and the rest in November. Ticket prices haven't been announced, but public on-sales start Sept. 13.

The young folk-rock group from North Carolina was signed by legendary producer Rick Rubin in 2008 and is known for its energetic live shows. It has a history of sold-out shows in Milwaukee and last played there in June for a co-headlining show with the Violent Femmes at the Marcus Amphitheater for Summerfest.
