Oshkosh woman charged with first-degree reckless homicide after striking man with vehicle

BERLIN - Tiffany A. Rodriguez, 22, of Oshkosh, has been charged with First Degree Reckless Homicide after striking and killing a man with her vehicle on Sunday afternoon.

The victim has been identified as Eric N. Gonzalez, 21, of Oshkosh. The two were reported to be in a relationship for several years and have a child together.

According to a report from the Berlin Police Department, the incident started with a confrontation at an apartment complex near the intersection of East Marquette Street and Center Street in Berlin. ...
