Dash cam: Man faces five felony charges in crash that injured officer

Ryan Rivard of Green Bay, who had a revoked driver's license, was drunk and driving around 100 mph when his car smashed into Green Bay Police Officer Tracy Liska's squad car on Aug. 4, according to a criminal complaint.

Liska had just pulled out into traffic when her car was struck by Rivard's Cadillac.

Surveillance cameras at the gas station and neighboring businesses showed Liska checking for traffic for four to five seconds before pulling into the road, the complaint says.
