Looking back now, Mosinee junior Chris Tomski feels fortunate that all he suffered in a car accident last summer was a broken ankle and a lost football season.

The junior running back and linebacker - who has rushed for 279 yards through two games this season - was expected to be a contributor to last year's team before his fortune changed in a matter of seconds on a late summer afternoon last July.
