Library hosts Living Well series

Lester Public Library of Arpin invites the public to participate in a six-part series of presentations for adults collectively titled Living Well. The hour-long sessions will be held on Saturday mornings from Sept. 14 through Oct. 19 and include nutrition tips, yoga, scrap booking, Aging & Disability Resource Center services, pottery making and creating a life one thought at a time.

All presentations will begin at 9:30 a.m., are free of charge and encourage participation and discussion.
