What's that saying, "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em"? Be one with your sisters in menopause at "Menopause The Musical" on Sept. 12 at The Grand in downtown Wausau.

The all-female cast celebrates women who are on the cusp of, in the throes of or have survived, well, you know, "the change." Four women with nothing in common but a black lace bra meet by chance and poke fun of their hot flashes, forgetfulness, mood swings and their insatiable appetites for chocolate, and sometimes sex.

Tickets for this 7:30 p.m. show that's set to classic tunes from the 1960s, '70s and '80s range in price from $43 to $63 and are available at www.grandtheater.org, 401 Fourth St., Wausau, or by calling 715-842-0988.

Don't forget.

Oh, and you can take your guy pals, too.
