The trauma center at Theda Clark Medical Center recently was verified as a Level II trauma center for the sixth time, the longest continuously verified Level II trauma center in northeastern Wisconsin.

The Level II verification is a national program by the American College of Surgeons (ACS) Committee on Trauma. There are four separate categories of verification and each verification lasts three years.

Theda Clark, located in Neenah, is one of eight Level II trauma centers in Wisconsin. The state has three Level I hospitals, which all are teaching hospitals. ...
