Natural Expressions Bakery will offer classes on naturally occurring resistant starch fiber, beginning in October.

Owner Rosalie Misco says the fiber is a tool to help with blood sugar and weight control. She will hold an information event including food samples from 1 to 4 p.m. Sept. 15 at the bakery, 825 E. Broadway Drive, on the north side of Plamann Park.

Register for the event at naturalexpressions1.com or call 920-954-9727. The event is $3 at the door, and classes are $10.
