I am writing in support of the process that On Broadway is using to solicit business proposals for the vacant Larsen Canning site, now known as the Larsen Green Project.

I sat on this board from its inception until a few years ago. It has made some nice strides yet it is still far from being a completed project. It is crucial to note there was a loan obtained by On Broadway to purchase the old canning site. The city of Green Bay guaranteed the loan. Without land sales or tenants the loan is in jeopardy of defaulting, putting the city on the hook for it.
