Green Bay Packers safety Morgan Burnett wonít play against the San Francisco 49ers, after all.

A report from NFL Network on early Sunday morning suggested the fourth-year safety would be active after missing practice on Friday with a hamstring injury, but a separate report from Fox Sports 1 indicated the prognosis for Burnett worsened as the day went on.

Second-year safety Jerron McMillian will get his first career start in place of Burnett, who hasnít missed a game since tearing an anterior cruciate ligament in his knee during his rookie season in 2010.

The Packersí other inactives included cornerback Casey Hayward (hamstring), linebackers Nate Palmer, Sam Barrington, offensive lineman Lane Taylor, tight end Brandon Bostick and defensive lineman Josh Boyd.
