JOBS PROMISE: I feel badly for those who supported Scott Walker for governor. Unfortunately, when they were repeatedly promised he would create 250,000 new jobs in Wisconsin, they neglected to add the caveat that jobs created would depend on President Barack Obama's handling of the Syrian conflict, as he now suggests.
