For about 15 minutes Tuesday night, President Barack Obama spoke about U.S. options for dealing with President Bashar Assad and Syria. If there's a positive side to all of this, it's that Assad may be willing to give up his chemical weapons without military intervention from the United States. Another upside, according to one comedian, is that this conflict has left Vice President Joe Biden relatively speechless.
