Wednesday evening's one-vehicle rollover that left a 65-year-old Stevens Point man dead was just the fifth traffic death in Portage County this year, and happened in an area not typically considered dangerous for motorists.

The Portage County Sheriff's Department released the name Thursday of Leslie D. Kollauf, who was driving northbound on Interstate 39 in the town of Plover when his pickup truck drifted off the road on the right side, launching the vehicle into the embankment of the Highway 54 bridge.
