A proposed daytime resource center to serve a growing homeless population in downtown Green Bay could be in trouble, after the would-be landlord abruptly pulled out of the project.

Organizers of the new center say the about-face by landlord Commercial Horizons Inc. raises serious doubts about whether the operation can be launched next month as planned.
