The Luxemburg-Casco boys soccer team lost to Hortonville at home Sept. 5 by a score of 4-2. The Spartans' Tyler Zimmerman made the first goal with an assist from Evan Deprey. The second L-C goal was an own goal by Hortonville.

Hortonville's Patrick Quale and Anders Carlson scored two goals each. ...

Head L-C coach Blair Bandow said that the Bay Conference is highly competitive this year.
