After almost a year and a half of planning and fundraising, it's hard for Jacob Miller, 15, of Dorchester to believe his Eagle Scout project, a memorial wall to honor fallen firefighter and sheriff's deputy Jamison Kampmeyer, will be complete in less than two months.

Kampmeyer, 34 of Colby was killed March 4, 2012, while fighting a fire at the Abby Theatre in Abbotsford. He served as a volunteer firefighter at the Colby Fire Department and as a Marathon County sheriff's deputy.
