Soccer: Sturgeon Bay grabs share of lead with win

Sturgeon Bay bounced back from its first loss of the Packerland Conference season with a 6-1 victory over Algoma in a high school boys soccer game Thursday night in Sturgeon Bay.

"We played an OK game," said Clippers coach Todd Maas. "I was not happy with our speed of play at times and our mental mistakes. On the other hand, we had some very good things happen in our attacking third by some of our younger players. We still have a lot to improve on, but we are young and it takes time to put it all together."
