There is no doubt in Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy's mind that running back Eddie Lacy's concussion Sunday was caused by an illegal helmet-to-helmet hit by Washington Redskins safety Brandon Meriweather.
"The Washington safety definitely led with his helmet, so I know that's not what we're looking for," said McCarthy at his Monday press conference.
Lacy was injured on the fifth play of the game and was replaced by James Starks. Early in the second quarter, Meriweather sustained a concussion of his own on a helmet-to-helmet collision while attempting to tackle Starks. ...
