The owners of Wausau mobile food vendor Yo Chubby Gringo are accused of dumping grease and other waste down a city storm sewer that leads directly to the Wisconsin River.
Ken Krueger, operations superintendent for the Wausau and Marathon County Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department, saw cart co-owner J.W. Van Wagner dumping grease, water and vegetable scraps down a storm sewer on The 400 Block on Aug. 22, Parks, Recreation and Forestry Director Bill Duncanson said.
