Whether it's by design or indecision, not much is known about the form the Green Bay Packers' secondary will take Sunday against Cincinnati.

Outside of Sam Shields manning his usual post on the perimeter, the only certainty at this point is three of the Packers' 10 active defensive backs - Morgan Burnett, Casey Hayward and Jarrett Bush - are dealing with hamstring injuries.
