Take one bite of the pizza and you get the crunch of a thin crust with the texture you'd expect from a thicker crust.

"The big trick to this is using the dough that's fermented just right. Also the stone oven is just phenomenal for cooking a pizza," says Oley's owner Ali Afshar. "If you take a pizza like this with exactly the same ingredients and try to cook it at home it will never come up like this." ...
