Menasha rebounds to beat Wisconsin Rapids

The Menasha offense was able to stay a step ahead of the Wisconsin Rapids defense in Friday night's game.

A week after gaining just 37 yards rushing in a loss to Oshkosh North, the Bluejays ripped off 174 yards on the ground in the first half against the Red Raiders.

In the second half, Menasha completed its first six passes against a Wisconsin Rapids defense that was poised to stop the run. The Bluejays scored touchdowns on their first two drives of the third quarter to pull away for a 38-12 victory in a Valley Football Association-South Division game at Calder Stadium. ...
