Walmart to unveil plans for Green Bay store at open house

Walmart is planning an open house next week to present its proposal for a new store selling groceries and other merchandise in Green Bay's Broadway shopping district.

The public meeting on Tuesday evening is aimed at allowing participants to see the store design, ask questions and provide Walmart representatives with feedback. It is scheduled from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Neville Public Museum, 210 Museum Place.

Walmart spokeswoman Lisa Nelson said in a prepared statement that the company seeks an "open dialogue" and that public feedback will help Walmart "plan a store that best meets the ...
