On Tuesday, a 45-year-old woman was arrested on charges of obstructing an officer in the 700 block of Brown Street.

At 10:50 a.m. Wednesday, a landlord of a residence in the 700 block of Park Avenue reported a theft by fraud from a former tenant.

At 4:23 p.m. Wednesday, a business in the 1100 block of Merrill Avenue reported a gas drive-off.

At 7 p.m. Wednesday, a 50-year-old woman was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct in the 600 block of McClellan Street.

On Wednesday, a 21-year-old man was arrested on charges of using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime in the 200 block of South 18th Avenue.

At 9:13 p.m. Wednesday, a 31-year-old man was arrested on charges of domestic battery and strangulation in the 1000 block of South Fifth Avenue.

At 10:25 p.m. Wednesday, a 39-year-old woman was referred to the Marathon County District Attorney's Office for disorderly conduct in the 800 block of Plumer Street.
