Terasa wins pro tourney at Horseshoe Bay

Eddie Terasa did what he does best en route to winning a record 11th Wisconsin Professional Golf Association championship this week at Horseshoe Bay Golf Club in Egg Harbor.

On the demanding course, where accuracy is a necessity, Terasa stayed out of trouble and led wire-to-wire during the final round for a one-stroke victory in the 54-hole tournament held Monday and Tuesday.

Terasa, of North Hills Country Club in Menomonee Falls, had a two-under-par score of 214 with rounds of 70-72-72. Charlie Brown, of Johnson Park Golf Club in Racine, placed second at 215 with rounds of 72-71-72. ...
