Smithsonian curator to discuss diamonds

Wisconsin native Jeffrey Post will discuss the Smithsonian Institution's diamonds collection Oct. 3 during Jewelers Mutual Insurance Co.'s annual community event.

Post, a gemologist and current curator-in-charge at the Smithsonian, will give a free presentation at 7 p.m. in the Earl DeLong Auditorium inside Jewelers Mutual's headquarters, 24 Jewelers Park Drive, Neenah.

Advanced registration is encouraged and can be made by calling 920-521-2288 or emailing epolensk@jminsure.com.
