The average retail price of gasoilne fell 5 cents a gallon in the last week, averaging $3.55 a gallon on Sunday, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 127 gas outlets in Green Bay.
Prices are 39 cents a gallon less than a year ago and 0.8 cent less that a month ago.
Nationally, the average fell 4.5 cents a gallon to $3.49 a gallon, according to GasBuddy.com. That's down 7.3 cents a gallon from a month ago and down 32.1 cents a gallon from a year ago.
"Looking forward, we're likely to see additional relief at pumps in the months ahead, and it's quite possible that by the time we're observing Thanksgiving that gasoline prices will be twenty or more cents per gallon lower," said Patrick DeHaan, GasBuddy.com senior petroleum analyst.
