Walmart might revise plans for a store in Green Bay's downtown Broadway shopping district, after the retail giant ran into strong opposition to a proposed 150,000-square-foot superstore.

More than 500 people turned out Tuesday to see the big-box retailer's plans and to offer feedback on the design of the proposed outlet for groceries and other merchandise near Broadway and Bond Street.

Some voiced support for having a Walmart downtown, but many others said they either were disappointed by the superstore design or they felt Walmart had no place alongside Broadway's locally owned ...
