Valders man guilty of drinking and driving

A 54-year-old Valders man recently received probation and jail time for his fifth-offense operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration, a felony.

Manitowoc County Circuit Judge Jerome Fox on Sept. 9 withheld the sentence for Randolph D. Burich, 14114 English Lake Road, and placed him on two years of probation. Conditions of probation include spending eight months in jail, with work-release privileges, starting immediately, and paying $2,207 in fines and costs. A fifth-offense operating while intoxicated charge was dismissed but read into the record.
