Man who allegedly shot Taylor County deputy in court

The 27-year-old man accused of shooting and injuring a Taylor County sheriff's deputy Sept. 8 officially was charged in circuit court today with first-degree intentional homicide. He also faces seven additional charges, including possessing a firearm contrary to a court-ordered injunction.
