Mosinee teen faces charges related to Marshfield vehicle theft

A 17-year-old Mosinee boy was charged today with multiple offenses in Taylor County Circuit Court, stemming from the theft of a pickup truck from a Marshfield parking lot June 20.

Sawyer Wirkus, 17, and Nicholas Nesbitt, 18, also of Mosinee, each face eight charges for burglary with a weapon, theft and criminal damage to property.

Nesbitt was charged in court Sept. 10 and released on a $5,000 signature bond. His next court appearance is a pretrial conference Oct. 18. ...
