Fox Valley Technical College's annual Community Open House is set for Tuesday, Oct. 1, at its various training centers across the region, including the Oshkosh Riverside campus, 150 N. Campbell Road, from 3 to 7 p.m.

The free event provides campus tours, opportunities to meet with instructors, staff, and students, an overview of how to pay for college, food and prizes, and more. High school seniors and older who apply for admission during the open house will pay no application fee, a $30 value.

New this year at the Riverside campus is a student panel, comprised of current students who will share their learning experiences thus far at FVTC. That panel runs from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. and then again from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. In addition, representatives from FVTC's other Oshkosh training facilities will be on-hand to discuss their unique specialized programs on behalf of the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Center, S.J. Spanbauer Center, and FABTECH.

For more information on the open house, visit www.fvtc.edu/openhouse or call (920) 233-9191.
