A house that once was home to Green Bay Packers coach Vince Lombardi is on the market.

The house at 222 W. Mission Road is where Lombardi and his family settled when he became the Packers' coach in 1959. Lombardi rented the two-story home, which had belonged to Dr. Walter Tippet, a Green Bay physician.

The list price is $499,000 for the house, which includes four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

According to Brown County real estate records, the current owner is Jason Wied. He was the Packers' vice president of administration and general counsel until resigning in January 2012. He established a law firm in Allouez in January of this year.

Wied could not be reached for comment.
