As the weather cools down, the City of Oshkosh Parks Department's special events are coming to an end. Our last big event of 2013 will be Zooloween Boo on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 19 and 20, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Menominee Park Zoo. Tickets are on sale now at the Parks Office, 805 Witzel Ave., and Festival Foods.
